What is included with a sewing machine purchase?

• Unlimited Lessons. You have made an investment, let's make sure you get a good return by knowing all of the wonderful feature of your machine.
  • Available as long as you own your machine
  • One on one - not in groups
  • Call to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you
    
• Trade Up Option. After a short time you may decide that you should have purchased a machine with a few more features. No problem!
  • Up to one year after original purchase, receive your full purchase price towards a machine
  • Trade in allowance is deducted from MSRP.
    
• Accessory/Supplies Purchases Discount. At the time of your machine purchase, any additional purchases made are at 20% off. This is the perfect time to add those extra accessory feet and helpful notions to your package.
  • Excluding fabric from the Fabric Boutique
  • Thread Collector cards will not apply

Repair Services

• On-site service of all makes and models. We are factory trained and authorized.
• 30 Day warranty on service
• Services Include:
  • Clean, Oil and Adjust. We recommend that you have your machine tuned up once per year. It will be a much happier machine and will perform at its best.
    • Sewing Machines - $84.95
    • Embroidery Machines/Sergers - $94.95
      
      
  • Bench Charge. $25.00
    This covers the time it takes to "diagnose" your machine and determine if it is feasible to do the repairs (particularly for older machines). If you elect to have the repairs/service done, this charge is waived.
    
    
  • All other repairs will vary in price depending upon parts, labor, etc.
